Cancellation policy

Cancellation made on the day of arrival or no-show will result in a cancellation charge equal to the first night of your stay. Please contact us directly by phone to cancel a reservation.

Regarding special meal request

We are very sorry but we cannot meet the request of preparing special meal for people with dietary restriction and cannot consume fish. Since most meals served at Kikuchi Ryokan require the use of dashi (fish broth), it is difficult for us to cook without using it. We do understand that we have to meet the needs of people with dietary restriction; however in order to do so, we will have to change the recipes and purchase special ingredients in which it will cause extra works and costs. Please understand that Kikuchi Ryokan is a small family run inn and that we are providing accommodations and meals at a low price. We wish to meet all the needs of our guests but at this point, this is the best we can do. We apologize for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your kind understanding.
